The other is to connect a 5v DC power source to the DC in terminal block labeled as Item 1 in the parts overview. With DB25 parallel connector facing to the left make sure the input selector switch is pushed over to the right. Make sure you have a Positive Red and a Negative black wire. It is highly recommended you use the correct wire colours for each step, this will avoid confusion at a letter stage. Strip the insulation off each of the wires back 6mm approx and give each wire a twist to bind all the loose fibers together. And insert the stripped “Negative” Black wire in to the terminal marked “5V-” on the terminal block.

March 5, For all of our different AVR microcontroller based projects, we seem to find ourselves continually wiring up minimalist target boards ; little circuit boards that fit both the AVR and a 6-pin header for connecting to your in-system programmer. The Design Here is what we ended up with: It is designed so that all of the copper traces are on the bottom side, meaning that it can be built single-sided, either to keep the cost down, or to make it an easy design to fabricate yourself if you like to etch your own boards.
On the top side of the board, dominating the playing field, is the place for the microcontroller, which can sit in a standard DIP socket.

I decided to go with a company I trust, Adafruit Industries, and see what their offering is like. I was not paid or compensated by Adafruit, I purchased this product. The MPR capitative touch sensor gives you 12 of such inputs that we can use with our Arduino, and you can get it in several forms from SparkFun — Im using the basic breakout board. Well… Capacitive sensing is pretty simple in concept. Well the MPR just looks for these changes, and tells us when it happens. However, to simplify things for us non-ninjas, we are just going to check that pin to see if it is LOW during our loop.
To do this, this sensor also needs access to another digital pin, and in this case we are using digital 2.

They are a common item in electronic projects and enable easy, clean installation of electronic devices. The image at right shows a simple DB25 breakout circuit board from Winford Engineering. And with the Cadsoft Eagle software package being the darling of the open source community, I decided I would start with it. I also found that studying the open source design files of my favorite SparkFun products accelerated my learning process. My post about Eagle tutorials is located here. SparkFun started selling this module a few months back.
The first problem I needed to overcome, was that there is no Eagle library part for the RN So I made one for it note: There are a few things you need to be careful with when making a new part. The datasheet is a great resource for proper part dimensions. This location can be placed in the center of the part, bottom edge, or even outside the part. It usually requires doing a little math to convert the datasheet dimensions in order to generate a correct layout.
For larger parts, I suggest laying it all out on a scrap of paper first.
SparkFun Load Sensor Combinator
This board comes as a response to many customers that have been asking for a faster way to connect devices and reduce the possibility of wiring errors. This board is a new version of the C11G. Uses the exact same circuits but it is packaged in a different format using SMD components and push-lock terminals.
Board Overview. Take a look at the schematic, and you will notice that the breakout board consists of a shunt resistor (R S), the INA chip, and an output resistor (R L).While R S and R L might appear to have 2 resistors, only one is populated on the board. If you would like to change the values of the resistors, you can replace them or put another resistor in parallel.
For booting and core functions. Up to 16 MiB of external flash are memory-mapped onto the CPU code space, supporting 8-bit, bit and bit access. Code execution is supported. Data-read is supported on the flash and SRAM. Data-write is supported on the SRAM. ESP32 chips with embedded flash do not support the address mapping between external flash and peripherals. In this context, “RTC” is a bit of an “Espressifism” because it’s used as shorthand for the low-power and analog subsystem which is separate from the CPU and the main “digital” peripherals “digital” is another Espressifism.
There is some real time clock functionality as part of the RTC subsystem, but there’s also a lot of other stuff. Alternatively, real-time chat via IRC is a great way to converse with others, learn new things, and sometimes get answers to questions on the spot. But, having said that, the main drawback to online chat is that not everyone is active or looking at the channel chat room at the same moment — people work at different hours and live in different parts of the world — so timing can be hit-or-miss.
So, if you ask a question in the IRC channel, try to stick around, as it might take someone awhile to respond. For long term usage, it’s recommended to download a full fledged IRC client. However, for temporary usage, you can Freenode’s webchat client.

This breakout board, based on the best-of-class Si, is an all-in-one stereo audio FM transmitter that can also transmit RDS/RBDS data! Wire up to your favorite microcontroller (we suggest an Arduino) to the I2C data lines to set the transmit frequency and play line .
So I created this small board to change that. On the board there is a USB to serial converter, an 3,3V Voltage regulator and some small circuit to enter programm mode and reset. The PCB has one layer for easy etching at home. The program-mode and reset circuit is based on a circuit by Baoshi see links. Experimenting with the previous setup on a breadboard was no pleassure. The main benefit of this PCB is a much better acces to the program-mode and the reset over one switch.
Circuit The circuit is nothing special: The USB is also used for Power. On the web I found som circuit link to reach this. They are pin compatible. BSS should laso work. R4, R5 and R2 can vary. I used 2K, so the leds are quite dark but good visible. R6 is just used as bridge over another trace.

It is a unique and radically different deign from our previous Breakout products. A breakout board is designed to take low level logic signals from a PC parallel port and buffer amplify them and shift them to standard 5 volts from a lower logic type such as the newer 3. In addition it provides a level of protection from the noise and spikes of the outside world using Opto Isolation. That breaks the grounds apart and prevents noise from being transmitted across a common connection.
The UBOB uses two distinct regulated power sources not connected through a common ground to drive the isolated inputs. Typically 8 are used for 4 axis of motion, one is used for the Charge Pump more about that later and three are open for auxillary outputs relays, enable pins, etc. Even more limited is the inputs. There are only 5 and one is for E-stop.
That leaves the other 4 for Homes and limits, probes, index inputs, etc. All 8 lines are double buffered and can handle several hundred milliamperes of current each. The inputs are expanded from 5 to providing the added inputs to setup probes, or handle other external signals external rotary encoders CANNOT be used. Several of the common option cards are covered.
